The above 1-800 number will be activated during an evacuation. 

This line will be a voice prompt system. Identify yourself as an employee, resident/family member or vendor of Chateau de Notre Dame or Wynhoven Healthcare Center. Have your message ready with your name, the name of your loved one if appropriate and a contact number and/or email address. Please speak slowly and clearly.

We ask that you please DO NOT call the Church or school offices.  The best way to contact us is to call the 1-800 number listed above and leave a message which will be sent to us immediately via email.  We will have someone monitoring for messages and returning phone calls as soon as possible.  Please remember that our primary focus is on the residents, we may not be able to immediately return your phone call, but we will as soon as time permits.
